TAF 2023 registration opens on Sunday, April 30, 11AM Eastern / 10AM Central / 8AM Pacific at registration.tafworld.org.
We are preparing to bring TAF 2023 back in-person to Manchester University from July 23 through July 30. Registration will be open in April. To register for TAF 2023, please visit our Registration page. Registered families can expect to receive follow-up information in an Orientation Packet.
TAF 2023 Registration Requirements
Payment at Registration: Your registration will not be considered complete until after payment is submitted, meaning your spot in a program will not be guaranteed before payment. If a program reaches capacity before payment is submitted, your camper will automatically be placed on the waitlist.
COVID-19 Health Requirements: Registration will include a section on COVID-19 Camper Health History. You will be asked to securely share health information, at the discretion of the Medical Director. All attendees, regardless of age, will be required to submit proof of the following as part of registration.
- At least one updated bivalent booster since September, 2, 2022* before arriving at TAF.
- Negative COVID test taken within 24 hours prior to the first day of your arrival
Early dismissal: In the event that your child needs to be sent home early for any reason, you will be immediately notified and expected to pick up your child as soon as possible. Parents/guardians should be prepared to make arrangements in advance. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness or misconduct. If your child is sent home early due to medical or COVID-19 related reasons, you will be eligible for a refund.

Camper Capacity and Waitlist
In order to provide TAFers with a fun camp experience that meets our standards of safety and quality programming, all programs will implement a camper capacity limit. Programs will fill up quickly so we highly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure a spot. After programs reach maximum capacity, you may still register for TAF to be placed on the program waitlist. You will not be charged until your child is off the waitlist and confirmed to attend TAF. If more capacity opens up in a program, waitlisted campers will be notified and admitted on a first come, first served basis. If you need to cancel your registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be received by 23:59PM PT on June 1, 2023. If cancellation requests are made after the June 1, 2023 deadline, a partial refund will be issued, up to July 1, 2023. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the end of the TAF summer conference to receive your refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after July 1, 2023. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness, misconduct or medical reasons.
