The TAF Summer Conference has been a great value for families. The camp includes a full week of insightful workshops and fun activities as well as meals, snacks, furnished housing, a t-shirt, and a yearbook. Most of all, campers take home fond memories to last a lifetime.

  • One-way charter bus from Oak Brook Mall in Oak Brook, IL to Manchester University.

Fort Wayne Airport Shuttle

  • $50 per person for roundtrip shuttle bus for arrivals/departures at Fort Wayne Airport (FWA)
  • $40 per person for one way shuttle either to or from FWA

All rates are per person and are subject to change without notice.

Financial aid is limited and is provided on a first come, first served basis.  Applications are available through registration as a downloadable pdf. Financial aid requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning after 3/31/17 and accepted as long as funds are available. Requests must be submitted by July 15, 2017. All applications are confidential.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please email tafmarketing@tafworld.org to request a refund. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be received by 11:59pm CST on July 16, 2017. If cancellation requests are made after the July 16, 2017 deadline, a processing fee of $25 per child will be charged before a refund is issued. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the end of the TAF summer conference to receive your refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after July 23, 2017. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness, misconduct or medical reasons.

For the weekend program, cancellations must be received by 11:59 pm CST on Wednesday 8/2. A processing fee of $25 per person will be charged before a refund is issued. No weekend program refunds will be issued for requests received past the refund deadline on 8/2.
