The program was established in 1988 where every Sprouts, Junior, and Junior High camper is paired with a camper from the Youth program. The mentorship system fosters a family atmosphere during the week. Many campers who were once Lil Sibs have now grown up to be Big Sibs and have even taken leadership positions at TAF today.
